With this package you will have access to an app with personalized planned workouts 3-5 times a week (with video instruction). No need for any specific equipment. I will plan your workouts with whatever you have access to. No gym? No problem, and no excuses. I will customize your workout, taking any injuries, postural alignment issues and fitness goals into account. I will be available for email and text support. I will change the workouts once a month to make sure you are challenged. This package includes a 50 minute in person or virtual consultation.

Through individual health coaching, we discuss how you can make your weekly grocery and lifestyle choices healthier along with meal prepping and planning techniques no matter how busy you may be. You will not only receive hands on truthful information, but also learn how to listen to your body and give it what it needs to stay healthy, lean, and in shape.
